Mako Dive
Ribs are designed and constructed to have large open deck space so that
a group of divers can gear up without the problem of getting in each
others' way.

Our Dive Ribs have the following important characteristics:

Ample
deck space with only the console positioned to fullfill the conditions
the craft is used in: i.e. for Beach and Surf launching we move
our console and weight forward to keep the boat steady and controlled
when the craft punches through white water or large swells.

The
position of the tubes are so designed that when the RIB is on
the plane the tubes run clear of the water line, however as soon
as the RIB comes to rest the tubes touch the water on both sides
giving our craft an unparalleled degree of stability. This is
very important when fully rigged divers are getting in and
out of the water.

We can
double-skin our tubes at the area where divers board and exit
the craft - or we can manufacture the tubes from thicker heavy
duty hypalon or pvc.

Our
8.0m Mako RIB was specially
designed to carry 1.5.tons and still maintain ± 60mph provided
the HP is sufficient. This craft is the ultimate Dive Charter
